Why did you want to be involved with the Foundation?	I wanted to contribute to the school district and I thought that volunteering on the Foundation would be rewarding experience. I think the Foundation is well positioned to help meet the needs of the district today and increase Its’ influence as the district continues to grow.
What would you like to see happen at Prairie in the next 5-10 years?	Academics is the main priority of the district, however, I would like to see the level of athletic/other activities participation increase by all students. I believe that athletics/other activities are a very important component of the k-12 system and that they can be a critical tool to teach students important life values outside of the classroom. Often times, “marginal” students remaining engaged in school solely because of the desire to participate in athletics/other activities.
