Are you a Prairie graduate?	No – I graduated from St. John Catholic School in Independence from a class of 21 kids!
Post Secondary Education	Kirkwood Community College
How long in Prairie school district?	I have worked at Prairie for 4 years. My husband was a Prairie 1985 graduate. We have lived in our house since 1996 but it was my husband’s childhood home so he has lived here all his life.
Hobbies/Interests	I love baking and really just spending time with my husband & kids. We love driving to Florida & Texas.
One little known fact about me	My father has built a fort on our family farm for people to visit and enjoy. It has a dry good store, jail, army bunkhouse and a log cabin. People come from all over to have picnics, family reunions and parties at Fort Pentecost. Pentecost is my maiden name which is another fun little fact about me.
Why did you want to be involved with the Foundation?	I really enjoy fund raising for good causes. The money & donations are out there you just need to be the type of person that’s not afraid to ask for it!
What would you like to see happen at Prairie in the next 5-10 years?	My goal for the future of the Foundation is to get to the point that our PrairieFest is more of a “Thank You” dinner than our main fundraiser. I would like to see our donations increased through MANY other avenues.
